This barbershop appears on Google as a child-friendly option and accepts walk-ins. We went with two children, one of whom has autism. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us, welcomed us, or even acknowledged our arrival, so we waited patiently while they attended to all the customers ahead of us. When it was our turn, a barber very respectfully told us that he didn't feel prepared to serve my son. We appreciated his honesty and understood. The problem was the owner's attitude. When we asked if he could serve him, he didn't even speak to us; he simply started repeating "no, no, no" while shaking his head, without offering an explanation, an apology, or the slightest gesture of empathy. This attitude was extremely unprofessional and felt like an act of discrimination against a child with special needs. If they had informed us from the start that they couldn't serve a child with autism, we would have understood and left. The disappointing part wasn't the "no," but the way we were treated. The owner should learn to handle these situations with respect, sensitivity, and professionalism. No family should feel this way for arriving with a child with autism.
