A beautiful, clean, and very welcoming place. From the moment you walk in, you feel a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I loved it! I enjoyed the jacuzzi, sauna, and massage.

The facilities at Dorado are very good: the jacuzzi, the complimentary snack upon arrival, and the receptionist's professionalism. Communication with them by phone was excellent. However, during the massage, the man performing it was too forceful and fast, causing me more pain than enjoyment. This prevented me from achieving the relaxation I expected, and the person I was with couldn't relax because of the speed. The massage therapists were generally very good and professional, but I understand that the massages themselves were subpar. They need to improve their techniques. I wouldn't return!

The service at the spa has been good, but I believe there's room for improvement in appointment coordination. On several occasions, the information confirmed by phone hasn't matched the email confirmation or the reservation displayed upon arrival at the spa. This creates confusion and negatively impacts the customer experience. I hope you can review this process to provide more consistent service.
