Outstanding experience at Blue Diamond getting a watch yesterday. Lillian did a fantastic job explaining all the options , showing me different sizes and colors and really was patient and made me feel at ease. I was torn between sizes and went back to get a smaller model and Gabriel was great at making me 110% satisfied with my purchase. He cultivated a repeat customer going forward and not just a one time purchase. The prices and and high end selection were top notch. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a watch to wait until they are in San Juan and stop in and see Lillian’s and Gabriel and they will be very pleased Thanks Wanted to come back and add a follow up....as I said before Lillian and Gabriel were so great the first experience I brought some friends and my wife in on our last cruise..... both of them walked out with new Tag's and could not be happier - again great service, priced selections.......coming back in couple of months so I am sure we will have a stop in .!!
