Cabra Tostá Coffee House

This hurts because I used to love this place so much. This place has fallen off so much I think it's in need of an upgrade. They were missing a lot of stuff from the menu which I understand it happens in restaurants in Puerto Rico. The service was horrendous! Something came out wrong on my order when I asked one of the employees if she (young female with dreadlocks and glasses) could help she told me that's not my problem You need to ask your waitress which I figured it's a small place there is not that many employees there so she would just help out she wasn't doing anything anyway! The waitress helped out with the situation but I must say the food is not the same. I won't be going there anymore and I cannot recommend anybody else to.
