In Cafe Don Ruiz you can enjoy coffee in all its forms, from a delicious espresso to a magnificent iced coffee.  Pair it with fine pastries, sandwiches, or just simple visit it for a great souvenirs as coffee bags, fine rums and cigars from Puerto Rico. The shop is specialized in coffee preparation from traditional espresso to different kinds of brewing or pour over methods, always using their single origin specialty coffee from Yauco, Puerto Rico. The shop is complemented with our roastery and coffee museum facilities.
