Caribbean Beads

I had a wonderful experience with Caribbean Beads in Old San Juan! I originally came in on a busy Friday evening and purchased a variety of loose stones and pendants. The two young ladies working that night were incredibly nice and patient, though a couple of quick mix-ups happened with my items in the rush before closing. When I realized what happened, I reached out to them and went back on Saturday afternoon. The staff was absolutely awesome. They called their manager over, and she came right away to help me with an exchange and store credit. To make things even better, they customized my pendants by adding extra loops/bails on-site so they would fit perfectly over the lobster clasp of my own chain! They were so patient, accommodating, and completely turned my experience around. I highly recommend stopping by this shop for their beautiful selection and top-notch customer service!
