Caribbean Wood PVM Working - Ebanisteria (Aguadilla - Isabela)

Installed two closets, a bathroom vanity and full kitchen in 2023. The closets were installed improperly with huge gaps, but a month later they did come out and fix them. The kitchen cabinets were not level when they were installed, But they did come out and reinstall them. The cabinet handles were wrong but they fixed them. We wanted an additional cabinet to match and they tried to gouge us by charging two thousand dollars. We found another cabinet company who installed the new cabinet for five hundred. Doesn’t match as well but we will live with it. The glass broke in the glass door and they aren’t returning my calls to fix it. I’ll fix it myself with plexiglass, the glass they use is so cheap it broke from closing the cabinet door. The owners are very nice but spend a lot of time off the island so hard to get through to when they are in Florida. All in all an okay experience but when they tried to overcharge us by 400% because they had an advantage over us in matching the original finish, I lost trust. Now not returning our calls for warranty work, and I wouldn’t recommend them.

Family owned business. I have used them on a couple of occasions and each time I was very happy with the quality of the work and service.

They were very caring and professional. They exceeded my expectations and worked with my budget and time frame to finish my project of a kitchen remodel. I highly recommend.
