Con Leche

This is our second time here. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious and the prices are good. The cheesecake pancakes are amazing.

Con Leche in Ponce is the place to go for coffee and much more!!! The staff there were super friendly and helpful!!! You are welcomed with a friendly greeting and a smile! Everything there is so delicious, I even went back the second day. This is a must to check out while visiting Ponce!

First and last time we'll patronize this place. We ordered breakfast for a medical meeting, and from the moment the order arrived, there was a burnt smell and everything was sticky. When we arrived and started unpacking, everything was spilled. They had packed the syrup in a plastic container inside the (hot) French toast, and of course, it was going to melt. As if the burnt French toast wasn't enough, it didn't taste great. We contacted the manager to report the situation and offer suggestions. She promised a refund, but a week later, we haven't even received a thank you for contacting us. We definitely love patronizing businesses, but we can't help places grow that aren't customer-friendly.
