If you're looking for an experience where great food takes center stage, D Landing is a must-visit in western Puerto Rico. I've had the opportunity to try several of their dishes, and they've all exceeded my expectations. The lobster croquettes are an excellent way to start: crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and with a flavor that highlights the lobster. On another visit, I enjoyed a shrimp pasta, cooked to perfection and with a flavorful sauce. But without a doubt, the star of the show is the Top of the Line: a juicy churrasco steak accompanied by fresh lobster tail and mofongo made with local plantains. A combination that brings together the best of Puerto Rican cuisine with a touch of sophistication. To complete the evening, I paired it with a glass of Luigi Bosca Malbec, a wine that harmonized perfectly with the churrasco and transformed an excellent meal into a truly memorable experience. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant, and each visit has confirmed the consistently high quality. ⭐ My rating: 5/5 Without a doubt, D Landing has earned a place among my favorite restaurants in Puerto Rico. If you visit Mayagüez and enjoy good food, this restaurant deserves to be on your list.
