We took our sphinx cat due to breathing issues and everyone was extremely professional, living and caring. We had to take him in twice and each time we had a good experience with phone calls and follow ups from the vet and they helped with the referal to cardiologist. They have oxygen and all the equipment needed to possible make a difference. I thank everyone who helped us out with Macho. We really appreciate you guys.

They're quick to respond and everyone is incredibly kind. They listen attentively while you explain what's happening with your pets. If they're hospitalized or undergoing treatment, they'll call you every three hours to let you know how they are. In those difficult situations, like the one I faced, they'll cry with you.

I'm writing this with my heart overflowing with gratitude and a lump in my throat. They saved my cat in a truly critical life-or-death situation. I brought my pet to this clinic in an emergency after a terrible experience at another one, where they were honestly going to let her die. I had barely walked in and spoken to the receptionist when one of the technologists came out to take my cat to the oxygen chamber, which she urgently needed. It's true it was a ticket, but it was worth every penny because they gave everything and more to pull my cat through. They were very empathetic and professional in handling my case from the beginning, and today, after 10 days, Parchita is back home! The options, expectations, and instructions were always clear and honest. I think they even went the extra mile, trying to find ways to cut costs, and even then, there were still things I didn't expect from the service (like my cat discovering what Churu's are!). I truly hope that all the good you do is multiplied into blessings for everyone who helped me and my Parchis! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
