La palabra horrible se queda corta, piden que respetamos el horario en que nos citan pero no respetan el tiempo de los pacientes. Es una pena, y la Dra es bien desconsiderada, si no puedes con mucha gente no cites a tanta un mismo día, muy poco profesional, no tiene ética. Es una locura el tiempo de espera.

Segunda vez y totalmente decepcionada otra vez, quise brindar otra oportunidad pero fue igual. Citaron a mi hija de meses a las 8:15 “hizo la segunda” y luego pasan a varios y me dicen que hizo la cuarta, la Dra vino a llegar después de las 9am. Considero que si tienen un volumen alto de pacientes y procedimientos es justo que llegue a la hora también que cita a los pacientes y así no hay que esperar aveces más de 5 horas. Y consejo, si atienden población pediatrica denle un poco de prioridad o sacar un día para esa población. La Dra poco profesional a la hora de manejar conflictos en su consultorio.

My initial impression was ok, but it went downhill quick. The first thing I noticed was that there was sparse seating in the waiting room, but I figured we weren’t going to be there long so it wouldn’t matter much. Boy was I wrong. Three hours later we were not only still in the waiting area, but nearly all the same patients were still there with us! After a total of four hours, we were called in - and I thought we were going to see the doctor- wrong again. We were brought to another waiting room! That was the last straw for me. It’s an insult and a significant disrespect for our time to have an appointment for 2:15 and still be waiting at nearly 6:00 pm. Needless to say, we left and will not be returning to this place. If you decide to go, make sure to bring a bag with a good book, lunch, and maybe dinner.
