Ebony's Bakery

They used to have good soft bread. I live in the neighborhood nearby and used to come here to support local businesses (bread, ham, milk, cheese, etc.). The last three times the service has been terrible and slow. To top it off, the bread was cold. I'm going to another bakery, even if it's farther away. I hope they improve their business.

Excellent prices

The customer service is terrible. I've been visiting the island for three years, and every time I go, I encounter a different grumpy person who doesn't even respond to a simple "good morning." Do they charge for smiling, or is poor customer service a requirement to work there? It's as if I'm asking for something for free. The customer service is awful. I mentioned it to a family member, and they replied that the owners are focused on the store in town (I don't know how true that is). It's a shame because we all deserve good customer service.
