El Asador The Grill House Old San Juan

I visited this place while I was on vacation in Puerto Rico and I had such a lovely experience. I wasn’t hungry enough for a full meal, so I ordered a dessert, and it was absolutely delicious! The guy who helped me was so kind, friendly, and welcoming. I also had the pleasure of meeting the lovely lady who cooks, and she was just as sweet. I unfortunately don’t remember their names, but I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for being so kind and making my visit special. I wanted to leave a tip, but unfortunately the system wasn’t working, and I only had about $15 in cash with me, so I wasn’t able to leave a tip. Thank you both for your kindness and for the delicious dessert! I truly appreciate it and hope to visit again someday. ❤️

BEST DINNER EXPERIENCE IN SAN JUAN!!!! The waitstaff serving us tonight was the best service we have ever received!! Josefina was an absolute ANGEL. They saved our friends birthday. We had a bad experience with a dropped reservation at the restaurant we attempted to eat at prior to this one and almost ruined by friends 30th bday but Asador and their staff SAVED the night by being so gracious, seating us immediately in a tucked away private beautiful room, and being QUICK and kind to get our orders in. They were the best staff EVER. Food was great, shots were great, very clean and beautiful atmosphere. 10000000/10 impressed

After our group of 16 got screwed over by another restaurant, we weren’t sure anywhere would be able to accommodate us so late. The ladies here went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make us feel special!! The food, the drinks, the service was impeccable from the moment we walked in. We are so grateful to these women for saving our night and giving us an absolutely unforgettable experience. We could not recommend more.
