It's a shame that such a beautiful place with so much potential is ruined by the service. The waitress who took our order seems to have never been reviewed. From the moment we arrived, we didn't feel welcome. Her attitude, her sarcasm, and the way she gave orders—especially since it was our first time there and we weren't familiar with the restaurant's procedures—were all off-putting. It definitely makes you not want to stay in that place. Only the waitress who served us was somewhat friendly. Aside from that, I recommend just looking at the place from afar until the owners decide to focus on their customer service. We went on Sunday, September 27th at 5:30 pm.

Amazing views and great service, but the lines took away from the experience. El Clandestino is a really cool spot with amazing views and excellent service. The atmosphere is definitely one of the highlights, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The biggest downside for me was the long lines to order both drinks and food. Waiting in line for so long definitely changed the mood a little and made it harder to fully enjoy the experience. With such a great setting, it would be awesome to see a smoother ordering system so guests can spend more time enjoying the views and atmosphere instead of standing in line. Overall, I still had a good experience and would come back. The views and service are definitely worth experiencing—I just hope the ordering process improves because this place has a lot of potential. 🌴🍹
