My teen son was looking for a pair of stud earrings with a particular style in mind. We went into 2-3 stores that didnt have exactly what we were looking for and price was more than I was looking to spend. Happened to just walk in to this shop and they were amazing from the moment we walked in. We were helped by Violeta and Tiffany. They asked what we wanted and made it happen. Customer service was top tier. Will definitely come back!

My wife and I made it a point to come see Vince and Coco at Exotic Gems. This last visit was a repeat visit. We found them on a cruise stop a couple of years ago and feel like they are family now. We had to come visit them when we came back to Puerto Rico. They are very patient, caring, wanting to give you what YOU want, while not being pushy. Great pricing, quick turnaround on repair/customization, before and after pictures are attached. they are very accommodating. We wanted an upgraded center stone on my wife's wedding ring set and got what we wanted. There is no better jeweler in the states let alone in Puerto Rico. Go visit them, you will not be sorry.
