Extremely disappointing experience. My child’s appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM. We arrived at 11:30 AM, and by 3:30 PM we were still waiting. No vitals had been taken, no basic intake had been completed, and the only thing done was paperwork that I had to fill out by hand at 2:30pm. I completely understand that this is a Hematology/Oncology practice and that some cases may require significantly more time and attention than others. What I do not accept is poor scheduling and lack of communication making another family feel as though their child’s appointment and time are somehow less important. That is exactly how this experience made me feel — as if my child did not have the same priority or consideration as the patient being seen before us. Every case may be different, but every child deserves respect, communication, and reasonable consideration. If a physician is running several hours behind because a case requires additional time, families should be informed and given realistic expectations. Leaving a child waiting for hours without even taking vitals or providing a meaningful update is not reasonable. I can be understanding about unexpected medical situations. I cannot be understanding about a system that fails to communicate, schedule appropriately, or respect the time of all its patients and families.

No sabia de este lugar hasta que tuve una emergencia con mi esposa y le habian dicho de este sitio.fue bastante rapido yla atendieron muy bien y aceptaron su plan de salud (mcs)
