My experience with I Love Dogs was very disappointing. Hours after picking up my dog, her health deteriorated significantly, and we had to take her to an emergency veterinary hospital. While we can't say for sure what caused her condition, as owners, we were left with many questions and concerns. That's why we contacted the establishment seeking support, empathy, and an explanation of what happened. Unfortunately, the response was minimal and lacked empathy, which was very upsetting during such a difficult time.
