Reviews from Google

A snapshot of visitor feedback from Google Maps.

We booked tickets for a trolley ride for our family, including our toddler, over a month in advance. The morning of the tour, Itour Puerto Rico canceled our reservation because apparently according to policy, children under 3 are not allowed. We were literally already on the way with our kids packed in the car, and that requirement was not stipulated beforehand. I called the tour company, frustrated and angry, and after a half hearted apology, they cut me off and said"We don't want you on our tour" and hung up.
