Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Customer service is terrible. If you order something and it arrives damaged or not exactly what you ordered, it's not their problem; the customer has to buy it that way. They don't offer exchanges or credit, and you lose your deposit if you don't want it. It's awful; I don't recommend them.

Ibérica Puerto Rico is simply amazing! The variety of high-quality furniture they offer is impressive, especially their selection of outdoor furniture. I loved the customer service; the staff is very friendly and always willing to help. I toured the store and was blown away by the different styles and innovative finishes they have. They are definitely my first choice for finding unique pieces that will transform any space. Highly recommended!
