Utterly irresponsible! They sell furniture that they apparently don't have in stock, but they don't inform you until after you've taken the money. Then they repeatedly miss delivery dates, and the furniture never arrives. My daughter has been waiting three months for a sofa she already paid for. When she demands a refund, they assure her the furniture is "about to arrive." Then she calls again, and they tell her it's "in the shipping car." And so it goes, changing the story and prolonging the wait, without delivering the sofa or issuing a refund. They have a strong presence and promotion on TikTok, but when it comes time to respond to the customer and resolve the issue, the salesperson in Caguas is nowhere to be found. I do not recommend buying from them. Taking payment without having the product available and keeping the customer waiting for months with excuses and broken promises is disrespectful.
