Don't carry decaf and offer decaf espresso if you don't know how the coffee is supposed to be ground for espresso. Got a decaf cappuccino with 2 shots of espresso and have not tasted a more watery coffee without flavor ever, even at the smallest simplest coffeshops across the country and Europe. The 2 stars only because the workers are nice.
