Avoid this gym and save your money for a better one. Lots of fancy decor, high monthly fees, and exorbitant cancellation fees for such terrible customer service. The current management is disastrous! They don't have committed or professional trainers. They lack maturity, ethics, and professionalism. They make promises they don't intend to keep and they lie. Eunice, one of the youngest trainers, is the perfect example of all the negative traits attributed to millennials. Danny, a more experienced trainer, just wants to sell you packages and promises he can't deliver. They have no integrity or ethics whatsoever. I really don't know where they get such poor training. The sauna doesn't work and they don't plan to fix it. Class cancellations. Machines that don't work or are broken and they don't repair them. So much luxury, yet they don't even have a generator in case of a power outage! It's all a show, a charade!

It’s old without maintenance. That’s a problem. Luxury without maintenance it’s not luxury. Broken floors, there is mold on the barbells, dumbbells and machines. Stair master is for size 5 or 6 on shoe size. So small my foot couldn’t fit on the step and I’m size 8 in shoes. Only 2 step masters. Restrooms dirty. The gym smells bad. A big disappointment. They say it is the most luxurious gym in Puerto Rico but it is only because of the chandelier, long shades and decorations. Poor maintenance = low quiality.

This gym is very good, it’s my favorite but the front desk service is only good when the blonde girl is working. The other one are always mad and makes unpleasant faces. The manager is never available; usually, the sales representatives or the blonde girl at the front desk are the ones who help you. Out of all the employees, only about three of them actually seem to do their jobs properly. The facilities also need improvement, and they should consider changing some of the trainers. The Pilates class is very boring, and there are only a few trainers who are actually good. As for the cleaning staff, they barely do anything. The girl at the front desk had to call them to clean cause my water bottle broke and they came with a bad attitude.
