I love my Pilates sessions with Elizabeth! She is an experienced and perceptive teacher who challenges me each time.

This place is amazing for practicing Pilates and yoga. The ability to schedule classes through an app and fit them into my calendar has made my experience so convenient. Both Zulma and Beatriz, my Pilates instructors, are excellent: very attentive and professional. No matter what level you're at, they're always there to support you on your journey, making you feel comfortable and motivated. The facilities are clean and pleasant, and there's an incredible sense of tranquility. Since I started attending, I feel so much happier. Thank you, MIND & BODY! ♡♧
