The security at the door is useless and will hurt the business. Annoyed customers were waiting outside, the place was empty, and they wouldn't let anyone in. We even had trouble getting into the parking lot. The worst experience ever at a new place. I waited 10 minutes just to order a drink. Wow! It was a dump!
