However, a friend recommended Carla Arocho at Miranda Beauty. Carla first cut my hair while it was dry, which is an essential technique for curly hair. Then, she washed it, applied a mask, and defined my curls. I felt relaxed the entire time, and she answered any questions I had. Her professionalism was evident because she also gave me many recommendations on how to care for my curls, such as being careful with finger coiling and how long I should leave hair treatments in. When I went into the salon, my hair was very long, with split ends, dry, and lacking volume. Afterward, I left with much more volume, and my curls were much more defined because the weight was gone. I was 100 percent happy and satisfied!
