We visited Panela couple of times while staying in Dorado Ritz and we loved it. They have a nice menu and also a daily vegan option, which is awesome as I am vegetarian. They let us bring our dog Moo (she is well behaved and knows many tricks) and they were all super nice. Manager Joel is super nice and makes you feel like most special guest. The only thing that SUCKS is that they are not open to public so if you are not with the holly Dorado Beach walls, you can't enjoy the food. they used to accept reservations from anyone, but then they used Covid to become exclusive. so 4 stars for that reason.
