Mostly writing a review so that people know where to find it. Go into the parking area of the industrial park and turn right into the parking area. On the left is mostly industrial stuff and on the right is a lunch/sandwich kind of place. Puerto Rico Coffee Hub is on the south side of the parking lot and to the right of the sandwich place, but you have to go down a little hall to get there. This is a pretty bare bones showroom but is functional because you get a decent selection of Puerto Rico-grown coffee at prices that are perhaps 60% of the Third Wave places on the mainland, which is to say, a little pricey but not insane and I recommend coming here if you have a car and want to bring back something from a trip that people can't have at home. The bag we've opened so far has made us happy.
