My mom bought a part that was sold to her damaged. My mother requested an exchange, not even a refund, and the employee's response was illogical and nonsensical. She said she couldn't exchange the part because it wasn't in its packaging. But come on, how were we supposed to know if the part we bought was even working? Terrible service, she was rude, even though the receipt doesn't say anything about parts not being exchanged. It was $139 that my mom worked hard for, and I'm not going to give that money away to incompetent people with zero empathy and no manners! I'm going to the store with her tomorrow, and I hope they resolve this! What that employee did to my mom and the way she treated me was disrespectful.
