Res al Fuego Restaurant

The restaurant is decorated in a barn style. It's spacious and has good service. The meats are very good and the portions are reasonable.

Zero stars. Last night I visited, and the food was terrible. The menu said the monfongo with shrimp, grouper, and octopus was awful. The monfongo we received looked like it had been frozen; it was soggy, mushy, and tasteless. The shrimp and grouper sauce didn't have octopus, and the garlic sauce I ordered was horrible—watery, tasteless, and colorless. It didn't taste like garlic at all. Everything was cold and colorless. A few weeks ago, I visited and ordered ribs and rice mash, and the food was also reheated and cold. The ribs were tough and dry, and the rice was cold, soggy, and tasteless. I will never visit again, and I certainly won't recommend it. Before, everything was fresh; now the food is more expensive, the portions are smaller, and the reheated, tasteless food is very hard on the stomach. I prefer to pay more for quality food.
