I highly recommend Román Fitness Boutique gym. The trainer, Roger Román, is excellent: he explains everything step by step, with great patience and dedication. Even when I make mistakes, he always corrects me kindly, without losing his cool. That's something I value immensely, especially as a senior citizen. I've felt very welcome and motivated to keep improving. It's an ideal place to train regardless of age or fitness level!
