It took these guys three days to complete a job that was supposed to take a week. One day to power wash, two to seal the roof. Ten year guarantee (I know someone on year 11 with no issues). Now, it’s hot enough in Puerto Rico without working all day on a roof. Using a blow torch. With the sun reflecting off the silver reflective roofing being painfully unrolled, six inches at a time. The workers completed the job perfectly with no issues or complaints or…fainting. We just supplied some agua fria. A wonderful job, worth every penny. Gracias.
