Mónica is an incredible instructor and just so kind! It was my first time ever doing Pilates and she was so encouraging, helpful and made me feel safe and powerful during the entire workout I’m hooked now! Highly recommend taking her classes - you will not regret it!

Ufffff… if you are looking for a real pilate class here it is! Totally worth it Monica will humble you really bad, trust me you will end up sweating good! Felt amazing after every class! Definitely a 1000/100!

Challenging in the best way! As someone who enjoys functional strength training and is a proud yogi, Monica’s class inspired me to incorporate more Pilates and dedicated core work into my routine. Every class leaves you feeling stronger and incredibly accomplished. Monica is an outstanding instructor…her cues are clear and helpful, and her music keeps the energy high from start to finish. Highly recommend! (Bring a towel because you will sweat 😅)
