TRAINING STARS WELL MOBILITY

I first joined Training Stars back in 2017, when it was still operating under a different system. From day one, I was hooked. I trained there before Hurricane Maria, through the pandemic, and during some of the most challenging periods of my life. A few years ago, I moved to Caguas and, because of the distance, I tried four different gyms closer to home. While each had its strengths, none of them came close to what makes Training Stars special. It wasn't just about the workouts—it was the culture, the people, and the genuine care they show every member. The coaches don't just focus on your performance. They pay attention to your overall well-being. They ask if you're sleeping well, eating properly, and taking care of yourself. They constantly provide guidance on nutrition, energy, recovery, and healthy habits. That level of personal attention is something I never found anywhere else. After trying multiple gyms, I eventually made the decision to come back, even though I still live in Caguas. That alone says everything. To me, there simply isn't a better gym. One thing that immediately stood out when I returned was how immaculate everything was. The facility is always spotless, the equipment is maintained in excellent condition, and if something needs attention, it's addressed right away. That level of pride and professionalism is rare. Jose and Jansel genuinely care about keeping the gym in top shape, and they treat their members with that same level of care and respect. Training Stars is much more than a gym—it's a community that pushes you to become a better version of yourself. After nearly a decade of being part of this journey, I can confidently say that Training Stars remains the best fitness experience I've ever had.

Thanks to them, I've lost 40 pounds! If you're looking for boring routines, this isn't it. Every day they surprise you with something different, to the point that my muscles are still wondering, "What's going on?" The level of support is incredible: they guide you both inside and outside the gym. They're always attentive and available. Their dynamism, energy, and commitment are on another level. 100% recommended!
