West Coast Bistro

The service was excellent. The waiter was very attentive. The food was exquisite. The corn soup was delicious. I highly recommend the fried calamari. For dinner, we ordered fried snapper with mofongo and lobster tail with filet mignon. When I stay at the Holiday Inn again, I will definitely go back for dinner with my family. Highly recommended.

The food was great (except for the kids menu, that was frozen trash). The service left a lot to desire, the server didn’t understood our drinks and brought a lemonade we didn’t asked for, then charged me the lemonade anyways. (he ended up paying for it when the time for the tip came up) Additional to ask for water multiple times and ask myself for the term of my steak because he never did. In the bright side, the churrasco, the stuffed chicken breast with longaniza and the mamposteao were amazing. My old fashion was ok, nothing special and the mojitos are made with sirup so the regular mojito is the best, don’t try other flavors.
