Combo Chimbita returns to Puerto Rico! On Friday, November 15, 2024, La Respuesta, in Santurce, will resound with its Cumbia Psicodélica. Described by NPR Alt.Latino as: “an otherworldly presence,” the Colombian quartet offers a blend of Afro-Caribbean transcendence, booming chants and drums, and psychedelic music. Performing in Puerto Rico has a special meaning for the band because they recorded their last album IRÉ in Arecibo and Aguadilla and have collaborated with several Puerto Rican musicians and artists.
