Pleneros del Barrio Offers Ten Workshops on the Plenary Genre: History, Instruments, Play, Dance, Singing at the Community and Cultural Center of the San Antón de Ponce Neighborhood. These Workshops are part of the 'Special Presenter Initiatives Program' which is sponsored by Mid Atlantic Arts, National Endowment for the Arts, Patria y Cultura Inc, Centro Comunal y Cultural del Barrio San Antón de Ponce .
