Puerto Rico Cocktail Week returns Nov 8 to 14 for its eighth edition, with an opening party at ILA San Juan, two industry days, a bartender face-off and guest shifts at bars around the island.
Highlights:
Sun Nov 8, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM: ¡Bienvenidos! Opening Party at ILA San Juan, with food stations, live music and cocktail tastings.
Mon Nov 9 and Tue Nov 10: Industry Day seminars at Salón Fortaleza, Hotel Rumbao, Old San Juan, with speakers including Jean Trinh of Alquímico and Alex Smith of Tales of the Cocktail.
Tue Nov 10, 9:00 PM: Bartender's Face Off Competition at La Factoría, Old San Juan. The public picks the winner and proceeds go to the Tip Jar fund.
Nov 11 to 14: guest bartender shifts and takeovers at the official bars.
Tickets: All Access $135, Opening Party $65, Industry Day $45 per day, Bartender's Face Off $25 (plus IVU).
