Our stay here was perfect!! By far the best hotel you could get in downtown San Juan. We got there 6 hours before our room was scheduled to be available to us, and they let us in! It was so so clean and beautiful, we had absolutely no complaints.

I am not a guest for this hotel yet. But, I just booked the reservation for Nov 2 - Nov 4. Reading all the positive and "negative" reviews and the responses from the hotel make me so glad that I booked this high-standard hotel! Many hotels yield in or tolerate guests who decide that hotel rules are not applicable to them. Paying customers are not always right. When paying customers disrespect the hotel rules and disrupt the peaceful and safe environment, it is a right, but hard thing for the hotel to step in to rectify the issues so other guests feel comfortable and safe. Thank you 352 for maintain your high standards to ensure all guests' safety and comfort!!!
