Excellent experience. He was respectful, answered all our questions, and provided helpful recommendations. He made sure we understood everything clearly. His work was clean, and the equipment he installed was high quality.

⭐ 1 star – I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM I do not recommend this company. Just a week ago, they installed cameras of extremely poor quality and very low resolution. In 2026, it's unbelievable that a security company would install equipment where you can't even clearly see a person's face. We signed a 3-year contract for approximately $73 per month, and when we complained about the poor quality, the "solution" they offered was to pay almost $500 more. A security company should be much more responsible with the equipment it offers its clients. If you want a quality camera, this is not the company. We are completely disappointed with the service and definitely DO NOT recommend ACT.

BUYER BEWARE! The cheapest quality cameras that DON'T WORK! They did not work, from the get go, but here's the catch....the first time they go and try to fix them (spoiler alert: they don't), it's free. After that first visit? it's $150 PER visit t "fix" the cameras. They know their cameras and service are absolute crap, and the costumer is the one who pays (tons of money because they don't sell them cheap). I paid the fee, they went, moved them around, and by night the cameras are out of service. They disconnect, show grainy quality, don't record, etc. I'm going to get legal opinion on this matter, because THIS CAN'T BE LEGAL. Selling A FAULTY equipment/service, then trapping you with a 2 year contract, and then they have the nerve to charge you $150 for a simple visit? BUYER, DO NOT COME HERE FOR SECURITY SYSTEMS. It is expensive and they don't work. Buy yourselves a camera set from amazon and call some one to set it up. DO NOT COME TO ACT SECURITY
