Alarm Depot of Puerto Rico - ADT Authorized Dealer

(UPDATE: The technician finally came, but he only came to give a quote for the repair, and he had to come back another day. The cost was almost the same as installing new ones… I ripped the cameras out and bought others from ANOTHER company…) DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!! DON'T put your family's safety at risk!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT: I've been without cameras for 3 weeks and they still can't confirm an appointment for the technician. They gave me an appointment in 2 weeks, but at the last minute the technician couldn't come. And now I have to wait another 2 weeks… The cameras are garbage; the image is blurry and poor quality… $20 cameras from Amazon WORK BETTER!!!!! I would NOT recommend them, unless you're okay with a mediocre, inept, and useless system. Or you don't care about your life or that of your family.. Do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.. DO not put your families safety and risk… CUSTOMER SERVICE is non EXISTENT 3 weeks without working cameras and still can't confirm an appointment for service.. the cameras are garbage blurry and out of 4 cameras 2 never properly worked.. 20 dollar amazon CAMERAS WORK BETTER!!!!! Would NOT RECOMMEND…unless you don't mind a mediocre system inept useless or you don't care about your life or your families.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Zuzel from Alarm Depot for her excellent service. After a bad experience with a dubious company that charged me money without even installing the system, Zuzel was key in guiding me and giving me the confidence I needed. With great kindness, patience, and professionalism, she answered all my questions and explained every detail of the process. Thanks to her efforts, I was contacted very quickly to schedule the installation of my security system with Alarm Depot. Without a doubt, people like Zuzel make all the difference: committed, helpful, and passionate about providing the best possible service. Thank you for your dedication, your honesty, and for doing things right!
