Bottles Guaynabo

The food and service at Bottles were excellent. Unfortunately, the experience ended in such an unpleasant and humiliating way that I will not be returning. As I was leaving, Jean Carlos, an employee of Concept Valet Parking—the company that provides valet parking at Bottles—spoke to me with profanity and was disrespectful in front of my wife and two children. I later called Mr. Miguel Rosado, the manager of Concept Valet Parking, and instead of showing concern or investigating what happened, he supported his employee's actions. I understand that valet parking is a contracted company, but for the customer, the restaurant experience begins when they hand over their vehicle and ends when they retrieve it. Bottles cannot separate its reputation from a company that serves its customers right at the restaurant entrance. An excellent meal was completely ruined by the disgraceful treatment at the end of the evening. My direct recommendation to Bottles' management is to change valet parking providers. Concept Valet Parking doesn't live up to the restaurant's standards and will continue to damage its reputation as long as it represents the last interaction customers have with the establishment. I would have given the food five stars. Unfortunately, I can only give the overall experience one.
