Terrible experience. The customer service was the worst I've ever received at a restaurant. We waited for about an hour and a half while they took orders from all the other tables. We had our pets with us, and when the waitress finally came to take our order, she told us she hadn't come before because she didn't like dogs. If the restaurant allows pets, it's unacceptable for customers to be treated differently for that reason. To make matters worse, when my mother went to the bar to order, the person there yelled at her that there were people ahead of her. I understand that there might be other people waiting, but that doesn't justify yelling at a customer, much less when they're simply approaching the bar to order. They also answered rudely when I asked for a mojito, telling me they didn't make them. After more than an hour's wait, the food didn't make up for the experience either. It was mediocre, and neither the food nor the drinks compensated for the poor service from the staff. If you're going to work serving people, good customer service should be a priority. It's not about demanding special treatment, but about receiving respect, attention, and decent service. The staff's attitude was unpleasant and left much to be desired. A real disappointment and a waste of space. I wouldn't return or recommend it.

Good fried food. Good music. Two out of the three times I visited they had a band.
