Agree with a previous review. Henry was super communicative at the onset of the project. Then no response after follow up messages that were sent. He had to come back and add a drain by the pump because water was pooling there. This is a 7 month old pool and look at the carolina rock. Do not let them talk you into this finish for the pool you likely spent 30-40k on.

We own several properties on the island. I had a complete pool design and construction this past April-May 2023 and Henry was my contact. He was initially very communicative and he gave a timeline and provided pics along the way during construction. Those were the good parts. This was a project that I was managing overseas. The pics along the way appeared nice. I visited soon after the completion ( my mistake, I should have visited before) The quality appears to be of much cheaper materials than the pool in my current home and the attention to details very sub par. They left cement patches on my freshly painted exterior wall and cement on the entry gate track, so that my entry gate would not fully open. The pool deck appears uneven and lacks color and the grouting sloppy. I should have never used a material that I am not familiar (Coralina). Though I was lead to believe it would look nice based on pics provided. My pool does not look like the pics they provided as demos. Perhaps overtime it will take on a different look which is what Henry alluded would happen. I am completely dissatisfied and had given Henry the opportunity to respond but as of the date of this posting never heard back when I reached out. I also attempted to meet while I was on the island for a quick trip but he was unable. I would not recommend this company based on the quality of materials from the pool itself to the pool equipment which is also very basic. We paid 40k for the job and looking at the pool we do no feel we got that value. In the end, we got a pool just not the quality I would have imagined for the price. Do not leave the choices up to them as they apparently guided us into cheap materials, poor craftmanship and it shows. We have a second pool being built at another home and will not use this company for the aforementioned reasons. 2 stars because we got a functioning pool and timeline met. Held back the other 3 stars for cheap quality, responsiveness, and value. Hope this helps others in their decision making.
