Great access to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Combate Beach Resort! For the price, I honestly think it’s a great little gem. The location was perfect for us, especially being so close to Combate Beach. 🏝️🇵🇷 What made our stay even better was the staff. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful, and everyone from the food & beverage team to the bartenders was so friendly and welcoming. The service really stood out to us. We did have an issue with the door lock in our first room, but as soon as we let them know, they took care of us and moved us to another room right away. No hassle at all, which we really appreciated. The water pressure was a little low, but we knew there was a drought situation happening in the area, so we completely understood. When you’re aware of what’s going on locally, you have to take those things into consideration. Overall, we had a really nice experience. Great location, good value, beach access, and most importantly, amazing people taking care of you. ❤️ You just can’t beat good service, and that’s what made Combate Beach Resort special for us. We would definitely stay here again!

The reception staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. Our room was beautifully decorated as I was celebrating my birthday and wedding anniversary, but we didn't stay long because the air conditioning was malfunctioning and there was a lot of water on the floor, running down the wall and into the electrical outlet. Thanks to Juan "Pollo," the very kind manager, he moved us to another room. However, we had another problem with the toilet being clogged, but he was incredibly kind and cheerful and resolved it for us. We are extremely grateful because, despite these inconveniences, we were able to have a spectacular weekend. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and very reasonably priced; there's no need to go to the restaurants in the area because the service and good food are right there. The pool was very clean, the gazebo area was comfortable and had access to a microwave. Beach access was convenient. However, the photos they use in their advertising need updating; not all the beds are platform beds, most are metal frames, and they need a little TLC because the middle legs are a bit sagging.
