Costa Azul Restaurant & Lounge

Loved this place!! So much choices in the menu. Everything that we order was delicious. Friendly staff specifically Sonia who made sure we were taken cared of! Love it!

Good food, I would have liked a little more attention from the server, but it wasn't a big deal. The food arrived quickly and was excellent. Nice place with a varied menu. 🤟🏿😎🇵🇷

The food at Costa Azul was above average, but unfortunately the service and wait time really took away from the experience. My daughter received her entrée about 30 minutes before the rest of us received our food. A family ordering dinner together should be able to actually eat together, and a 30-minute difference between entrées is just unreasonable. What bothered me even more was the lack of communication during that time. Our waiter never came over to check on us, explain the delay, or ask if we needed anything. Eventually, I had to go inside and complain. Our food came out a few minutes later, but there was no apology or even an acknowledgment of the complaint. I could understand a delay like this if the restaurant had been extremely busy, but it wasn’t. We were the only people sitting outside, and there were only a handful of customers coming and going inside during the time we were there. Again, the food itself was really good, and I have no complaints about the quality of what we ate. The issue was entirely with the service, communication, and timing. Waiting 30 minutes between one person’s entrée and the rest of the table’s food simply isn’t acceptable, especially without anyone checking on the table or explaining what was happening.
