Decanter Hotel

The hotel is in a great location surrounded by local cafes, restaurants and bars and is very walkable to the museums and castillos. Staff here are super warm and friendly and offered us many helpful recs and good wine - thanks Daniel, Alejandro, and everyone!! (There is a cute kitty that lives somewhere nearby the hotel 😻)

What a gem! Location was perfect. The staff was exceptional especially Kaziel and Alejandro who went above and beyond in customer service. Thank you all for making our trip perfect.

Good stay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient for exploring San Jose. Staff was helpful, though the WiFi was a bit slow. Would recommend for short visits.
