El Vino Crudo

We had a pre booked reservation for 9 PM. We came in at 9PM to them telling us that they had given our 9PM reservation that we had reserved by card to another group. They were able to accommodate us eventually, but were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful throughout the process of remediating the situation. Our waiter was very rude and short when we asked her how the error had occurred. There was no effort to fix the issue whatsoever.

Terrible customer service. They close at 11 pm, we arrived at 9 pm, and the bar was literally empty, yet they said it was full. Oh, but two foreigners arrived and they were given tables. And the waitress was just wandering around. Your service is absolutely awful. 🤡
