Isla Sana

I had an amazing experience during my first surfing therapy lesson! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed, supported, and encouraged. Taina and Josue were patient, positive, and made me feel comfortable even though it was my first time surfing. There was something incredibly therapeutic about being out on the water, learning something new, and challenging myself in a completely different environment. I left feeling accomplished, refreshed, and genuinely happier than when I arrived.

Isla Sana has dome so much for me. Ever since working with them, my mental health has been better, my physical well being has increased and my love for nature has also increased LOL. LOVE ME SOME ISLA SANA 🤍🤍

Taina was very calm and patient, and her instructions and advice helped me feel comfortable on the board and in the water. Highly recommend!
