I hired this company for the design and installation of a kitchen, and the experience was disappointing. From the very beginning, we made our priorities clear, including one specific element that we emphasized several times as essential to us. After months of waiting, the kitchen arrived without that detail we had repeatedly requested and confirmed. The worst part wasn't the mistake itself, but the way we were treated when we raised the issue. Instead of looking for a solution, we received a rude response and a refusal to honor what had been agreed, even though we had already paid in full. You trust that what's promised will be delivered, and that was not the case here. I'd advise anyone considering this company to put EVERYTHING in writing and in detail before paying, because their word doesn't count for much. I do not recommend them.

Honestly, I give them a 100/10 for quality, responsibility, punctuality, and friendliness. From the moment I contacted them on a Sunday, a holiday, they responded and treated me as if they were working. I was really worried about who to entrust with my kitchen. I searched and searched for alternatives until I found the right ones. They had so many positive reviews, and they weren't wrong because from the first day I went there, they were very clear about everything. After choosing everything, they authorize it by email, which is excellent. They also offer the option to finance the entire purchase or pay upfront and finance the rest. It's an excellent opportunity and alternative if you don't want to use all the cash, and the best part is that it's interest-free. In my personal experience, I prefer to pay for quality. The wait time was incredibly short; they had told me six months, and they called me to schedule the installation in two. They gave us clear instructions on what was needed for the installation, and everything was done much faster than estimated. If you have any questions or even need something fixed, they are more than happy to help. For me, they're the best. I highly recommend them and would choose them again in a heartbeat.
