Kubo Omakase

Waited in anticipation for about a week after making the reservation...The experience was exceptional. Delicious food and serious fine dining atmosphere. Will come again. 10/10

Best omakase ever! Chef Moon is not only incredibly talented, but also so welcoming, playful, and funny. He made the entire experience truly one of a kind! The food was absolutely amazing, the views are breathtaking, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and polite. Everything from beginning to end was exceptional. Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had and our favorite restaurant in Puerto Rico! We already can’t wait to come back!

Amazing omakase experience, beautifully executed! We’ve enjoyed omakase dining all over the world, including Japan, and this was truly world-class. Chef Moon did an incredible job. Highly recommend!
